What happens on this site
This site hosts tools and tests to help business owners understand their admin costs. Any numbers or answers you type into a tool stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you choose to email them to us.
If you email us
Some pages have buttons that open a prefilled email. If you send it, we receive what is in your email: your name, email address, business name and any answers you chose to include. We use this to reply to you, to send you what you asked for (such as a report or early-access updates), and to understand the problems business owners face, in summary form without naming anyone. Our lawful basis is your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
We keep these emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Our email is provided by Zoho, which stores it on our behalf.
If we email you first
We may email businesses we think would find a tool or test useful, using contact details the business has made public, such as its website, and public records such as Companies House. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: telling businesses about something relevant to them. Every email tells you how to stop hearing from us, and if you ask, we will not contact you again.
Cookies
We only use cookies if you click Accept on the banner shown at the bottom of each page. If you do, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, which tell us how many people visit, which adverts brought them, and whether they used a tool. These tools are run by Google and Meta, which may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. If you click No thanks, none of them load. You can change your mind with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Who else sees your data
Netlify hosts this website. Zoho provides our email. Google and Meta receive data only if you accept cookies. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, including to marketing emails. Email hello@productkwad.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
